Would you believe me if I told you it’s been 3 years! Q&A+ new addition?

Three years ago today a good friend of mine inspired me to start this blog.  Can you believe that three years ago today Marvelously Mismatched was brought to life by two bubble tea sipping anime fan girls. I can’t believe it has been this long and I am so thankful for all the people who have stuck with me and my blog throughout these years. Blogging gave me the opportunity to meet and get to know some truly amazing people as well as be apart of an amazing community. I will always be thankful for that and to all the people who take the time to read what I post. You guys are lovely.

I know I have been MIA for a while and I’ve had a lot of people asking me about where I’ve been, what I’ve been doing, and if I plan to continue blogging. So I’m going to try and take a very long story and condense it into a shorter one. For one work has been kicking my butt hard lately and finding the balance between work and things I enjoy has been a little hard. Second a very close family friend of mine, has been going through a rough patch in life and I wanted to be there to help and support her and show her that she is not alone. Last but not least I have been apartment hunting with my older brother. While I’ll admit I have been very busy I have no intentions of stopping this blog anytime soon. My posts may be a little more spaced out but I will continue to blog and do what I love. I am however thinking of spicing things up and adding a new category so watch out for that.  🙂

Tis the season!

Tis the season! Christmas is almost here! Who’s excited?? I know I am! I’m very excited and with all the snow it’s really starting to feel like Christmas.  How was everyone’s Christmas shopping? Did it go well for you guys? Did you guys buy all the things you needed to buy or are you still doing a little shopping here and there? I for one still have a few more gifts to buy and few more things to wrap. Hopefully, I’ll get it all done before this weekend. Wishing you all the best of luck.

My first time with BTS?

Kpop. I never really knew about Kpop. I hadn’t really heard of it nor had I listened to it before. I’m kind of kicking myself for not having discovered the world of Kpop a while ago but that’s another story. But apparently, I stumbled into the world of Kpop in a damn good way. Or so I have been told by my new Korean friend. One word Bangtan Sonyeondan also knows as BTS.

Helping my girl out!

Hi everyone, I hope all your days have been good so far! My little cousin is doing a project for school about the misconceptions of sexuality in today’s society. She is conducting an anonymous survey to see what people think nowadays. So in order to help her out, I promised her that I would blog about. Oh my it’s been a while sorry for the lack of content recently.

Oh my goodness, it has been so long since the last time I blogged. Life has just been repeatedly throwing the book at me. I’ve been so busy with work and with life in general, it’s been really crazy lately. Luckily the book throwing seems to be slowing down now. I’m happy that I’m starting to get the time to do the things I love again like blogging, watching anime, reading manga, and just being able to relax again. New posts will be coming along soon until then have a great day.

Hi, I’m back and it’s good to be back. The reason I haven’t been blogging in a while is that I went on an amazing trip with a few of my close friends. I met new people as well as made new friends which was awesome. I also may or may not have gotten back into the dating game while I was there as well hahaha. But I have returned and will once again be blogging.

IT’S BEEN TWO YEARS! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? MARVELOUSLY MISMATCHED HAS BEEN GOING FOR TWO YEARS NOW! I can’t believe that it’s been such a long time since I first started blogging. I still feel like a newbie sometimes when I do this lol. Although I don’t think I can be considered a newbie now. I have had a lot of fun blogging and getting to know all these amazing bloggers. Relay for life.

Hi everyone. Recently my friends, family and I decided to enter Relay for Life. Now you might be asking yourself what is Relay for Life? Well, Relay for Life is a charity that helps raise money for cancer. This is a little bit of a touchy subject for me because a person who was really important to me once had cancer. Cancer changes everything. I watched the happy woman we all knew and love change overnight. It was really hard for her.
