Koutetsujou no Kabaneri
As the world is in the middle of an industrial revolution, a monster appears that cannot be defeated unless its heart, which is protected by a layer of iron, is pierced. By infecting humans with its bite, the monster can create aggressive and undead creatures known as Kabane. On the island Hinomoto, located in the far east, people have built stations to shelter themselves from these creatures. People access the station, as well as transport wares between them, with the help of a locomotive running on steam, called Hayajiro. Ikoma, a boy who lives in the Aragane station and helps to build Hayajiro, creates his own weapon called Tsuranukizutsu in order to defeat the creatures. One day, as he waits for an opportunity to use his weapon, he meets a girl named Mumei, who is excused from the mandatory Kabane inspection. During the night, Ikoma meets Mumei again as he sees Hayajiro going out of control. The staff on the locomotive has turned into the creatures. The station, now under attack by Kabane, is the opportunity Ikoma has been looking for. Summary from My anime list.

That man is Dazai Osamu, and he and his partner Kunikida are members of a very special detective agency. They have supernatural powers and deal with cases that are too dangerous for the police or the military. They’re tracking down a tiger that has appeared in the area recently, around the time Atsushi came to the area. The tiger seems to have a connection to Atsushi, and by the time the case is solved, it is clear that Atsushi’s future will involve much more of Dazai and the rest of the detectives! No prob 😀. Hmm well I have read the manga of haven’t you heard I’m Sakamoto and I want to watch it now that I’ve read it. But I also really want to watch the other to so I think I’ll start with Bungou Stray Dogs because of the paranormal vibe that I like.

They look interesting, it’s hard to choose just one XD. I just checked on both right now and it looks like you might enjoy Bungou Stray Dogs more.

They all really do. Oh really? Thanks for doing that.

You’re welcome. I checked on the images on the other anime Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress and it reminds of Attack on Titan.

Awesome. This is gonna be so good I just know it.

It looks good based on the animation. At least it won’t have titans. Lol

It does I can’t wait to watch it when I have time. Lol yeah no scary moments I hope.

I just hope it doesn’t become exactly like Attack on Titan. It won’t be enjoyable if everything was the same.

I hope it isn’t either. No but it could still be good.

Yeah it looks good, I agree with you on that. I am just curious about the enemies.

Me too I want to see that. I’m excited to see the paranormal stuff.

Based on the description on MyAnime List, Kabaneri mentions that there are monsters that are violent and they can infect other humans. Unless you kill them in the heart, they will kill.

Yeah I saw that. I want to know what the monsters are for one. This anime seems like it will get a little gruesome.

I am assuming it is. I don’t think they are giants where they chomp flesh. I think it is aiming towards a “zombie apocalypse” style series.

Me either. That would be cool. I think it’s going to be more like that too.

I’m not sure if I mentioned this but I hope it doesn’t end up like Attack on Titan where we have to wait years for another season.

I hope it doesn’t end up like that either. I hate waiting.

Me too. This is the downside of a good anime. Besides Attack on Titan, there are many good anime that unfortunately stops and takes long breaks :(.

Yup it is. Which I don’t like very much but if it means they are making the series better and it’s going to be super awesome I don’t mind.

Yeah you’re right. It just makes me frustrated to see an anime with no second season and then we have to continue on the story in the books.

It frustrates me too. But on the bright side at least the books are good.

Yeah that’s true. Just like other series, books do better at telling the stories since some anime came from manga. At least with manga, they don’t have to deal with fillers.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Yeah they do sometimes. I have seen some anime where the anime was better then the manga and vice versa. Yeah that’s true.
LikeLiked by 1 person
That’s pretty different but if it does better, then it must be working haha. What kind of anime was that? Another good thing about anime being better than manga is the action and dialogue and art.

Yeah it is. Lol yeah. Hmm I’ll have to check I kept it on a list some where because it was so odd. Yeah that’s so true.

I hear that anime from light novels are usually good but fans say that light novels do better. I don’t own many light novels but I can see why. Once you find the title, let me know ;).

I have heard the same thing. I don’t think I do either. I will😉.

I guess with light novels, they do a lot of telling and showing and dialogue. In manga, they have to minimize the dialogue and focus on the pictures and characters. I will be counting on you, no pressure. I have all the time I need. 🙂

That they do. Yeah. Maybe I should start reading some light novels.Alright I got you I’ll get back to you as soon as I find it.

You should check it out if you got the time. I need to do that too. I only got 2 light novels. Great, can’t wait. 😉

I will definitely make time for this. Well at least you have some I on the other hand need to acquire some.

Yeah I got some. I have Sword Art Online and Accel World volume 1. They are both made by the same creators. I think there are also novels for Attack on Titan but they take before the main series.

Oh cool😄! Still awesome I’ll have to take a look for those.

Personally they are good. If you like sci-fi video game genres, you might like it. It talks about what’s on the protagonist mind too. 🙂

Cool. I do. Really? Awesome it’s always cool to know what’s on the protagonist’s mind.

Very good! I, too, am following Kabaneri and The Lost Village. I have also been tagging along My Hero Academia and Kiznaiver. Of the four, hmm, Kiznaiver seems to be the one I enjoy the most, but Kabaneri is more epic. Academia’s characters are so loveable, but then there’s Mayoiga’s unpredictable and wild setting. Such a variety!

Thank you. Really? How do you like them so far? Awesome I like it too. That is also true Kabaneri is awesome. They are I love most of them. Yup. I know right but I think that’s good you can’t always watch the same thing.

My Hero Academia is splendid fun, but it sucks knowing that it’s just a fraction of the huge series that it’ll eventually become. Kiznaiver is . . . awesome, yet I’m hesitating to call it anything more than that because it so heavily will rely on how it all ends. And yep, that’s so true.

I can agree with you on that. We don’t see the big picture yet. That’s true the end will determine everything but at the moment it’s awesome. :).
